Conference Description

The Iowa Streets and Roads Conference provides vendors with the opportunity to showcase and demonstrate their products. Attendees will primarily be maintenance supervisors and others responsible for maintaining streets and roadways, procuring related equipment and materials, and managing administrative functions. See below for the agenda.

Display and Setup Information

The display areas consist of an 8′ x 10′ indoor space, with an 8′ table and two chairs plus electricity and wireless internet. Outdoor areas for large equipment are also available. Vendors can set up after 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 21 or before 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 22.

Accommodations

Rooms are available at the Quality Inn and Suites (515-232-9260) for $100 plus tax. Mention “Streets & Roads” to get the special rate. The block will be released on September 2, 2021.

Registration

Location assignment in the vendor space is based on a first come, first served basis. Space is limited, so register early!

Door Prizes

Door prizes will be given out on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning. There will be a door prize donation table by the registration table at the conference if you are interested in making a donation.

Become a Reception Sponsor

Vendor sponsorship of the evening reception is encouraged. The bronze sponsorship is $250, silver is $500, and gold is $1,000. Please note your desire to be a sponsor when registering, and we will provide you with additional information. Thank you for your donation!
