Description
The Iowa Pavement Management Program (IPMP) has been working with local agencies since 2003 by providing them with pavement management information, tools, and training for project- and network-level activities. This presentation highlights a collaborative and data driven approach by IPMP to propose new weights and thresholds for calculating a Pavement Condition Index or PCI that more accurately represents the condition of local (municipal) roads.
