Description

Meet the other two individuals on your team: Steve Stink and Debbie Downer. While they get their jobs done, they kill team morale. Learn how to engage difficult employees before they negatively impact the morale and performance of your team. Discover the language of leadership needed to begin difficult dialogue in an array of situations.

This is part two of a two-part series. The first part will be held on April 15. There is separate registration for each, and you are welcome to attend one or both. Register for the first part of the series here.
