Tractor Mower Safety Workshop

Description

The Tractor Mower Operator Safety Training workshop is a one-day workshop on best safety practices for industrial mower operator safety. The workshop will include four hours of classroom operator training and two hours of hands-on operator training, covering the topics listed below.

Classroom Training

  • Responsible operation
  • Safety management of hazards & risks
  • Before-operation safety
  • Operation safety
  • Safety during shutdown
  • Safety practices during maintenance
  • Hands-On Training

Equipment inspection

  • Safety signage placement
  • Use of checklists
  • Safe operating techniques
  • Personal protective gear use

Instructor

Jim Green has well-earned credibility, gained from over 20 years of experience. Jim is an OSHA-authorized trainer and has achieved several other training recognitions from the International/National Association of Safety Professionals, including Certified Safety Training/Planning Specialist, Certified Safety Trainer, Safety Manager, and Safety Auditor.
