Description: Guest Speaker Dr. Wilfrid Nixon, president of the Professional Snowfighters Association, led this Iowa LTAP webinar that looks at how liquids work differently from solids in winter maintenance operations, how liquids are being used in those operations, and what benefits agencies gain from using liquids.
Description: Guest speakers Tracy Petrak and Sheryl Phelps, of CJ Cooper, lead this LTAP webinar that discusses the responsibilities of those that need to enter data into the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse database in addition to how data may be accessed. Additionally, a February 7, 2022 deadline that sets baseline training requirements for entry-level drivers is also now in place, and it was discussed.
