The staff of the Iowa Local Technical Assistance Program includes experts skilled in transportation research, work zone flagging and safety, roadway signing and marking, and various other aspects of road operation maintenance. Together, they develop training and technology transfer related to all aspects of the transportation profession for local agencies within the state.
